“Tick says the clock. Tick Tick. What you have to do, do quick”, Sounds familiar? Of course, YES! 

Back in nursery schools, we were taught this life-changing poem, we learned, sang it aloud, but what we failed to learn is the importance of the poem. Time is one of the most valuable things in life, once it’s gone it can never be regained.

Time Management entails the process of planning and controlling how much time needed for your tasks. A good time management plan allows individuals to be well organized and productive.

For every task listed ensure you put a break in between them. This gives you time to rest, clear your head and even refresh.

The last tip I will be talking about is planning ahead. Before you sleep at night take some minutes to plan your next day, this will give you something to look forward to. You won’t be among the set of people that nags around in the morning trying to get their stuff together. You’ll be a step ahead because you already have a clear plan on how you want to spend your day.

In conclusion, good time management could help reduce stress, goal realization and give room for more opportunities.
