SHOULD YOUR KIDS GO INTO MACHINE LEARNING?

This has been one recurring question I hear lots of parents ask with great care and concern. Perhaps you have some concern, relax and understand.

No doubt, machine learning is evolving with rapid speed in the world presently. We also make use of it without knowing we are. Google voice, face recognition and Facebook tags are good examples of Machine Learning. Simply teaching a machine to have the ability to perform human-related tasks, has reduced the bulk of the load in our health sectors, academic sectors, construction and has made work smoother.

However, these are not only for “super tech-scientists” to get into. Kids, even from a very little age, can get involved in machine learning.

Wonder if your kid is too little to get involved in machine learning? Or what good it would be to them? I’ll tell you. They are not too little to learn and there are benefits in getting involved.

WIDENING OF IMAGINATIVE SKILL:

Kids are naturally curious and have a great imagination. Machine learning is a perfect way to feed their curiosity and flex their imagination. It will surprise you to see how fast your little kid will grab that knowledge.

PROBLEM-SOLVING CAPACITY:

It can help improve the problem-solving capacity of your kid…How? In machine learning, they develop transferrable skills and get exposed to coding. This makes them use their creative skills.

INCREASED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPOSURE:

They get enlightened as to what it really is. Having that knowledge of what it is all about and how it works boosts their confidence when they come across it anywhere–even in the classroom when it is discussed.

GOOD FUTURE JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Better career opportunities in the future. According to World Economic Forum(WEF), Artificial intelligence will create up to fifty-eight million jobs in the next few years. With the rate at which it is growing around the world, it definitely needs more hands to cover places and grow faster. People with the knowledge of machine learning will obviously have better job opportunities.

Getting your kids involved in machine learning will not only be good to them but also to their future society.

You see, your kids are super qualified to get involved in machine learning. When do you want them to start? I got you there!
